I make 3 type of braces, and in this package you will receive all THREE of them!

1. 1. Soft brace description:
      It’s a soft, and slim brace which blends in with your body.
      It’s primarly made to be worn under clothing, as it’s less than a centimeter thick at it’s thickest parts so it can be easily hidden under clothing.
      It’s not as effective, as it’s only uses rubber bands for tightening, but it’s still able to produce really good results.
      Recommended to be worn at school or work, whenever you are outside, and maybe when you are sleeping.
      Parts:
      – 2 plates connected with a plastic connector with holes. The holes are secured with 8 plastic screws and bolts (assembled).
      – Plus a secondary plastic connector, and an additional aluminium connector.
      – 2 special rubber bands with “hook” tapes on their ends (high strenght)
      – Two neoprene belts which are around 4mm thick and has a “loop” material on top all around, with “hook” tape on their end’s
   2. Hard brace description:
      It’s a big, bulky and sturdy brace.
      Made for one thing, to push back your lower ribs the most effectively.
      It uses 2 ladder ratchets, which makes it really easy to tighten, and both has quick release buttons.
      It’s very hard to hide under clothing, maybe you can have success in loose hoodies, and jackets.
      Recommended to be worn at home, while training, and maybe while you are asleep.
      Parts:
      -Two 10mm thick plates on the front with 25 holes and with “hook” material glued on the inside (the type of the plate may differ, according to your needs) together with two matching 2.5cm thick dense foam plates with “loop” material glued to them.
      – A 10mm thick backplate with 3 holes and with “hook” material glued on the inside with a matching 2.5mm thick dense foam plate with a “loop” material glued to it.
      – A pair of ladder straps and ratchets, and 13+4 matching bolts and screws for the plates and for the straps and ratchets.
      – Two 60mm wide, 3mm thick stainless steel metal flat bars shaped for your chest, with holes on the front and back and a channel on the front.
   3. Quick release brace description:
      Size and bulkiness wise it’s between the soft brace and the hard brace.
      It can be hidden in a looser T-shirt, but not as discreet as the soft brace, but just as effective as the hard brace.
      It has a special quick release mechanism, with this no ratchet needed, you simply need to push the front and back sides together and then adjust it.
      Recommended to be worn both outside and when you are at home, when you train and when you sleep.
      Parts:
      -Two 5mm thick plates on the front with 3 holes and with a “hook” material glued on the inside (the type of the plate may differ, according to your needs)
      together with two matching 2.5cm thick dense foam plates with “loop” material glued to them.
      – A 5mm thick backplate with 3 holes and with “hook” material glued on the inside with a matching 2.5mm thick dense foam plate with a “loop” material glued to it.
      -One quick release mechanism on one side and two bolts on the sides, for adjustment
      -Two 15mm wide, 4mm thick stainless steel metal flat bars shaped for your chest, with holes on the front and back

• • Accessories:
    -20cm (or 30cm) wide rubber loop (black or white) which goes around the device to give an extra layer of stealth.
    -A measurement tool which has 2 metric rulers and a connector piece, so you can precisely monitor your progression (needed for the progression pictures).

    – Fully included, you receive a tailored training program and you receive access to the coaching application where you receive your daily exercises and where you can upload your progression pictures.
