I make 2 type of vacuum bells, in this package you can choose ONE of the following 2

1. Flat bell description:
   Hence the name, the flat bell is made to be “flat” so invisible under clothing.
   I’m shaping it to match your chest’s curve, so even under a T-shirt it can be worn discreetly.
   The downside is that you can’t overpull your sternum, and can’t reach that high of a negative pressure.
   Recommended for the early and mid stages of your progression, for several hours a day (4-6 or even more) with small breaks every hour or two.Parts:
   – One plastic vacuum bell which is molded for your chest and has a special one way valve in it
   – The inner part has a silicone-like ridge and flap, which expands when you push it against your chest, creating an initial vacuum
   – A soft silicone tubing, together with a vacuum pump for creating negative pressure.
   – Pressure gauge for measuring the negative pressure (detachable)
2.  Overpulling bell description:
   As the name suggests it’s capable of overpulling your sternum to even higher than it should be.
   I’m shaping it to be more rounded and higher than the flat bell, so it can’t really be hidden under clothing (maybe in a loose hoodie or jacket)
   Recommended for the mid and late stages of your progression, for several hours a day (2-4 or even more) with small breaks every hour or two.Parts:
   – One plastic vacuum bell which is molded for your chest and has a special one way valve in it
   – The inner part has a silicone-like ridge and flap, which expands when you push it against your chest, creating an initial vacuum
   – A soft silicone tubing, together with a vacuum pump for creating negative pressure.

• Accessories:
  -20cm (or 30cm) wide rubber loop (black or white) which goes around the device to give an extra layer of stealth.
  -A measurement tool which has 2 metric rulers and a connector piece, so you can precisely monitor your progression (needed for the progression pictures).
