  • Client: Individual purchasing services or goods for personal use, including case managers, physiotherapists, or similar healthcare professionals
  • Services: Assessments, treatments, and consultations as described in your order
  • Goods: Bespoke orthotic braces, pectus-related devices, and standard items sourced by PCU
  • Bespoke Items: Custom-made products specifically designed and manufactured for individual clients

Services & Goods

Service Description

Service and product descriptions on our website, catalogues, and brochures are illustrative. While we strive for accuracy, occasional discrepancies may occur in supplied goods or services.

Bespoke Services

For bespoke services and goods:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • All specifications must be confirmed before manufacturing begins
  • Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective

Availability

All services and goods are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without prior notice.

Modifications

We may modify services to:

Client Responsibilities

Your Obligations

You agree to:

  • Follow all care instructions and treatment protocols
  • Attend scheduled appointments or provide minimum 48-hour notice for cancellations

Client Default

Failure to comply with these obligations constitutes client default, which may result in:

  • Suspension of services until the issue is remedied
  • Additional charges for rescheduled appointments
  • Immediate contract termination for continued non-compliance after written notice

Orders & Contract Formation

Order Process

Website descriptions and quotations do not constitute contractual offers. We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject any order at our discretion
  • Delay orders due to availability or other factors
  • Request additional information before processing

We will communicate promptly regarding any order issues.

Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed when:

  • We send a confirmation email accepting your order or service request
  • You attend your appointment (physical or virtual)
  • Payment is received and processed

Payment Requirements

  • Full payment required before commencement of services or goods supply
  • Quotations valid for 30 days from issue date

Cancellation Policy

  • Bespoke items cannot be cancelled once production has begun

Contract Variations

Due to the bespoke nature of our services and goods, no changes are permitted after contract formation unless:

After-Sales Service

12-Month Support Period

We provide comprehensive support for 12 months post-delivery, including:

  • Necessary adjustments to ensure proper fit
  • Technical support and guidance
  • Replacement of defective components (excluding fair wear and tear)

Post-Warranty Period

After 12 months, adjustment and repair services remain available at standard rates.

Liability Exclusions

We accept no liability for defects resulting from:

  • Fair wear and tear
  • Willful damage or negligence
  • Failure to follow care instructions
  • Misuse or abnormal conditions
  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs
  • Third-party actions or interference

  • Communication via phone, email, text, or WhatsApp

Documentation

  • Photographs/video for orthosis design, medical notes, training, and publicity (as agreed)
  • X-ray usage for orthosis design, medical notes, training, and publication (as agreed)

Understanding & Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that:

  • No guarantee of treatment outcome is provided
  • Full treatment costs apply once commenced (no refunds except as required by law)
  • Photographs/video may be used as specified in your consent
  • Data processing follows GDPR regulations
  • You may withdraw consent for future processing at any time

Special Provisions

For patients under 18 or unable to provide consent, a parent or legal guardian must provide all necessary consents on their behalf.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
